Creative Subconscious Method™

Creativity reaches what talking can't

I help therapists, coaches, and space holders learn to lead creative groups — so they can take clients beyond what talking reaches, grow their practice past the 1:1 ceiling, and help people find their own deeper intelligence.

Talking has
a ceiling.
Creativity
doesn't.

Creative practice is non-verbal. It bypasses the critical mind, relaxes the nervous system, and enhances intuition.

It activates the default mode network, invites flow, and engages the whole body — reaching an intelligence words can't get to.

Regulate first,
then create.

The method

Five disciplines,
one practice.

The Creative Subconscious Method integrates expressive arts, neuroscience, somatics, group facilitation, and clinical practice — into one repeatable modality.

The group is medicine.

No one does transformation alone. Seeing others wrestle with the same thing loosens shame's grip — the antidote is built into the room.

The origin

Creativity
saved my life

Marina Kurikhina trains therapists, coaches, and space holders to lead creative groups using the Creative Subconscious Method — an integration of expressive arts, neuroscience, somatics, group facilitation, and clinical practice.

Esalen faculty and a former Visiting Professor at CSU Monterey Bay, she comes from inside the art world — years as a curator and a lecturer on artists as agents of social change — and has spent ~20 years proving that creativity isn't decoration: it regulates the nervous system and reaches an intelligence talking can't.

For practitioners

The industry trained you for one client at a time

One-to-one caps your reach and your income. Groups change the math.

More reach, healthier economics, real community, and a path toward deeper one-to-one work. The practice does the heavy lifting; you hold the space — and the tools teach clients to hold themselves. That leads to independence, not dependence.

Before

Capped at 1:1, tired, only ever trained one-on-one — afraid you can't hold a room or lead creative practice without it falling flat.

After

A confident group leader with a repeatable method — deeper transformation for clients, bigger community, healthier economics, and clients growing toward independence.
